Processing Window: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Notification: You will receive another notification via email once your order has officially shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 7 - 10 business days after the processing window.
Expedited Shipping: If available, options will be presented at checkout for faster delivery.
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada
Shipping Costs: International shipping rates vary and will be calculated at checkout.
Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Joint Repair Protocol is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dominic@jointrepairprotocol.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you are using a P.O. Box, please ensure the shipping method selected at checkout supports this delivery type.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Because we aim to process orders within 48–72 hours, we may not be able to change the destination address once the fulfillment process has begun.
Joint Repair Protocol is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
